Privacy Policy — SI Exchange

1. The short version

SI Exchange has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no KYC. We do not ask for your name, email, or identity documents. We do not sell personal data, and the site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

2. What we collect

• Server logs. Standard web-server logs record IP address, timestamps, and browser user-agent for security and abuse prevention.
• Request parameters. When you ask for a quote or swap data, we process the chain, token addresses, and amount you submit — needed to price the swap. This is transactional data, not a profile.
• On-chain payment data. Paid trades settle as USDC transfers on the Base blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; we cannot erase or modify them.

3. What we do not do

• No ad networks, analytics pixels, session recorders, or data brokers.
• No email or identity collection through the site.
• No profiling, no selling, no sharing of your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third parties involved in a trade

To produce quotes, the engine queries public blockchain RPC endpoints and liquidity venues (for example, Jupiter for Solana routes, Uniswap pools on Base, Polygon, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain). Those queries contain the token pair and amount you submitted, but not your identity. Your wallet extension (Phantom, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet and similar) communicates with you locally and signs with keys that never leave your browser.

5. Retention and your choices

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention, then rotated out. Blockchain records are permanent and outside our control. You can use the entire site, including free trades, without accepting any cookie beyond the functional receipt described in the cookies notice. Clearing your browser cookies removes everything the site stored.
