Terms of Service — SI Exchange

1. What the service is

SI Exchange (siexchange.lol, operated by AgentPay) is a non-custodial swap engine. It provides live quotes and unsigned transaction data for token swaps on Solana, Base, Ethereum, Polygon and Robinhood Chain. You (or your software agent) sign and broadcast every transaction with your own wallet. We never hold your private keys, never hold your funds, and never broadcast transactions on your behalf.

2. Fees

• Trades involving the launch-set coins ($MUSKOX, $ARENA, $SOLV, $AGWC, $GITLAWB) against SOL, ETH or USDC are free of service fees.
• Trades involving other token pairs carry a $0.02 USDC service fee, paid per trade via the x402 protocol on Base L2 before the transaction data is returned.
• Network (gas) fees for the transactions you sign are paid by you to the network, not to us.

3. Risks and your responsibility

Quotes are estimates based on live on-chain liquidity at the time of the request. Actual execution depends on your signing, network conditions, slippage, and blockchain finality. You accept all risks of transacting on public blockchains, including permanent loss of funds from errors in the transaction you sign. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the transactions you sign, for your compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and for any tax obligations arising from your activity.

4. No warranty; service "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of quotes, or successful execution of any trade. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentPay is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including transactions you sign with data generated by it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or in ways that attempt to disrupt or overload the service. You may not scrape, resell, or commercially redistribute quote data without permission. Automated access by AI agents is welcome within published rate limits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
